To apply for the Ekiti State University post-UTME form, candidates must satisfy the following requirements:

  • Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 credit passes in including English Language and Mathematics in  SSCE/GCE/NECO/NABTEB or its equivalent in not more than two sittings.
  • Candidates must have a minimum score of 140 in the just concluded 2024/2025 UTME.
  • Candidate must be at least 16 years of age at the time of the admission
  • Candidates must ensure their qualifying results are uploaded to JAMB. Those awaiting their ‘O’ Level results should upload them to JAMB as soon as they are available.
  • Candidates must have chosen Ekiti State University as their first choice institution or applied for a change of institution through JAMB.

EKSU Direct-Entry Admission Requirements

  • Must have a minimum of five O’ level credits, including English and Mathematics.
  • MBBS and Law require a minimum of Second Class Lower Division.
  • Engineering programmes require a minimum of Upper Credit from Polytechnics.
  • Nursing Science candidates must be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • MBBS and Law require a minimum of Second Class Lower Division
  • NCE candidates need Credit Merit in relevant teaching subjects for Education programmes.
  • Other programmes require a minimum of Lower Credit.

Steps on How to Apply for EKSU Post-UTME Form 2024/2025

Candidates should follow the steps below in applying for the Ekiti State University post-UTME form for the 2025/2025 academic session.

  • Candidates should visit the EKSU official website at EKSU Portal.
  • Sign up using your e-mail address and a verification link will be sent to you
  • Click on the link for confirmation
  • Use your email address or JAMB registration number as the username and the password created during sign-up.
  • Click on “ADMISSION” to access the online application portal.
  • Select “2024/2025 PUTME application”.
  • Select the mode of entry e.g. UTME or DIRECT ENTRY

How to Pay Ekiti State University Acceptance Fee

Those who have been offered provisional admission are expected to pay the acceptance fee. Newly admitted students should pay the Ekiti State University acceptance fee by following the directions given below

  • Candidates should visit the EKSU Portal.
  • Enter your JAMB Registration Number as your Username.
  • Use “password1” as the default Password.
  • Change your password after your first login.
  • Click on Fees Payment on your dashboard.
  • Select Pay Now under the Item to Pay section.
  • Provide an active email address.
  • Enter your phone number.
  • Click Make Payment and proceed by selecting Pay Now.
  • Submit the form to continue.
  • Input your ATM card details.
  • Click Pay Now to initiate the payment.
  • Enter the One-Time Password (OTP) sent by your bank and confirm the payment.
  • You will be redirected back to the portal once the payment is successful.
  • Print out the Acceptance Fee receipt for verification.

Note: Once you have initiated the payment ensure that you finish up the payment within the stipulated time as delay may lead to failed payment.
