Eligibility Criteria for Kwara Poly Admission

  • Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 credit passes in including English Language and Mathematics in  SSCE/GCE/NECO/NABTEB or its equivalent in not more than two sittings.
  • Candidates must have a minimum score of 100 in the just concluded 2024/2025 UTME.
  • Candidate must be at least 16 years of age at the time of the admission
  • Candidates must ensure their qualifying results are uploaded to JAMB.
  • Candidates who did not choose the Kwara State Polytechnic as their preferred institution must apply through JAMB for a change of institution to Kwara State Polytechnic before they are eligible to apply.
  • Candidates awaiting their O’Level results are not eligible to apply.

How to Apply for Kwara Poly Post UTME Form 

To apply for the Kwara State Polytechnic Post-UTME form, follow the steps below:

  • Candidates should visit the Kwara Poly admission screening portal.
  • Click on the “Apply Now” Button
  • Fill out the online form with a valid email address and phone number.
  • Check your email for the activation link sent to you by the Kwara Poly
  • Click or copy and paste the link in your browser to continue with your application
  • Upload the relevant documents
  • Submit the form to generate your RRR for payment
  • On the generated invoice click ‘Pay Now’ to continue with the payment process
  • Print your invoice and proceed to any of the major banks to make your payment. The post-UTME Form is Two Thousand Naira (N2,000) only and it is non-refundable.
  • You may wish to pay using any of the REMITA available online payment channels (ATM, USSD, etc)

How to Pay for the Kwara State Polytechnic Acceptance Fee

  • Candidates should visit the official Kwara State Polytechnic’s acceptance fee portal.
  •  You will receive a student login link, containing a distinct student ID and a preliminary password.
  • Use the provided student ID and the temporary password to log into the student domain.
  • Once logged in, select the “make payment” option from the left menu
  • Navigate to the acceptance tab to complete your acceptance fee payment
  • After a successful payment, a link to print the official Kwara State Polytechnic Acceptance letter will be made available
  • Print out the Acceptance letter and the receipts of the payment for future verification

NOTE: The acceptance fee at the Kwara State Polytechnic varies for indigenes and non-indigenes. For indigenes, the acceptance fee is Fifteen Thousand Eight Hundred Naira (N15,800.00). While candidates who are non-indigenes the acceptance fee is Twenty Thousand Eight Hundred Naira (N20,800.00).
