Federal Polytechnic Offa Part-Time Admission Form For ND Programs 2024/2025

The admission form for part-time ND programs offered by Federal Polytechnic Offa is now on sale. The form can be purchased at Two Thousand Naira (N2,000) via the offa Poly admissions portal. This can only be done after you have confirmed that you meet the admission requirements. These requirements include meeting the Federal Polytechnic Offa cut-off mark for part-time studies among others.

Federal Polytechnic Offa ND Part-Time Admission Requirements 2024/2025

If you are interested in admission to this institution, these are the requirements you must meet to be eligible.

Candidates must have at least five (5) credit passes in relevant subjects, including English Language and Mathematics, in their O’Level results (WAEC/NECO/NABTEB). These grades must be obtained at no more than two sittings.
Candidates must choose Federal Polytechnic Offa as their first-choice institution in the 2024/2025 UTME. If you did not, you must complete a Change of Institution process to Federal Polytechnic Offa.
Candidates must upload their O’Level results to JAMB CAPS through a certified CBT center.
Candidates must meet the relevant O’Level credit requirements as outlined in the JAMB brochure.
Candidates must score a minimum of 100 in the UTME Examinations.

To be eligible for the screening, candidates must:-

Obtain the Federal Polytechnic Offa ND Part-Time admission form.
Possess the required O’Level credits, including English and Mathematics. (As already mentioned above).
Register on JAMB CAPS for the regularization of admissions.
Print and submit the JAMB regularization forms to the Institute for Continuing Education.
Upload their O’Level results to the Polytechnic Portal.

These are the steps you are to follow to apply for the ND Part-time Screening:-

Visit the Polytechnic portal at http://fedpoffaonline.edu.ng.
Make the required online payment of Two Thousand Naira (#2,000) using an ATM card compatible with Interswitch.
Complete the form by providing your details and filling out the security form.
Upload your O’Level results and other necessary documents.
Print the security form and Screening slip.
Submit the printed security form in person at the security office on the Main campus.
