How to Check if Your O’level Result has Been Uploaded on JAMB CAPS Portal

To check if your O’level results have been uploaded on JAMB portal, follow the steps below.

Step 1: Visit the JAMB Official Website

• Start by navigating to the JAMB official website. The JAMB uploading of result portal can be access via www.jamb.org.ng/efacility/. Ensure you are using a reliable internet connection to avoid interruptions during the process.

Step 2: Access the JAMB CAPS Portal

• Once you are on the JAMB homepage, look for the “CAPS” link. This section is specifically designed for checking admission status and other related inquiries. Click on the CAPS link, which will take you to the JAMB Central Admission Processing System.

Step 3: Login to Your JAMB Profile

• To access your JAMB profile, you will need to log in. Enter your email address and password used during your JAMB registration. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it using the provided links on the login page. Ensure that you are inputting the correct email and password.

Step 4: Locate the ‘Check Admission Status’ Section

• After logging in successfully, navigate to the dashboard and look for the “Check Admission Status” option on the JAMB CAPS homepage. Click on this option to proceed.

Step 5: Select Your Examination Year

• You will be prompted to select the examination year relevant to your O’level result. Choose the appropriate year and click “Submit.”

Step 6: Check Your O’level Result Status

• After submitting the required information, your admission status will display on the screen. To check if your O’level results have been uploaded, click on My O’level. If your result is on JAMB Portal, your subjects and grades will be displayed on the screen.

If your result is not on JAMB portal, you will see A/R in your grades. It is either you did not upload the results or the results were not successfully uploaded.

At this point, you need to upload your results again. To do this, visit any JAMB accredited CBT centres nearest to you with your WAEC/NECO results and tell them to help you upload the results for you.

If you don’t upload your results, you won’t be offered admission this year. So hurry and have your results uploaded if the results were not successfully uploaded.
