University of Port Harcourt Admission Requirements

  • Candidates must have Five (5) credit passes including English Language and Mathematics in WAEC, NECO, GCE, NABTEB, and other equivalents in not more than two 2 sittings.
  • Candidates must have a minimum cut-off mark of 140 in the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination, UTME
  • Candidates for Science courses must have credit passes in English Language and Mathematics and five other science subjects related to the chosen course of study
  • Candidates for Art courses must have credit passes in English Language and Mathematics and five other arts subjects related to the chosen course of study.
