To gain admission into Usmanu Danfodiyo University, prospective students must meet certain criteria and requirements, which can vary depending on the level of study they are pursuing.

UDUSOK Admission Requirements

General Requirements:
- Candidates must possess a minimum of five (5) O-Level credits, including Mathematics and English Language, in relevant subjects obtained in no more than two sittings.
- Candidates must sit for the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examinations (UTME) conducted by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) and satisfy the cut-off mark set by the university.
Direct Entry:
- Candidates seeking direct entry into 200-level programs, must have relevant Advanced Level GCE, NCE, or OND qualifications in addition to fulfilling the O-Level requirements.

The application process for admission into UDUS begins with the JAMB registration for undergraduate programs. Candidates must select Usmanu Danfodiyo University as their institution of choice during the registration process. After the JAMB exam, successful candidates will be invited to participate in the university’s screening exercise.
