Covenant University Admission Requirements

The requirements for undergraduate admission to Covenant University are as follows:

  • Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 credit passes in including English Language and Mathematics in  SSCE/GCE/NECO/NABTEB or its equivalent in not more than two sittings.
  • Candidates must have a minimum score of 200 in the just concluded 2024/2025 UTME.
  • Candidate must be at least 16 years of age at the time of the admission

  • Create an account on the Covenant University admission portal to fill in application details.
  • Pay a non-refundable fee of Ten Thousand Naira (N10,000) covering application, administrative charges, post-UTME screening, and result verification.
  • Make your payment via Verve, Visa, or MasterCard and generate an application number.
  • Upload all required documents Birth certificate, JAMB result slip, WAEC or NECO result, letter of sponsorship.
  • Incomplete, wrong, or missing records/documents won’t be informed or released.
  • Submission of forged documents disqualifies an applicant.
  • You will need to write a statement of purpose (not exceeding 500 words).
  • Provide three reference letters from a spiritual leader, principal/teacher, and an optional alumnus.
  • All documents should be in PDF format, not exceeding 200kb; passport photo in JPEG, not exceeding 10kb.
